Digital products
JoinTheArmy.com sells digital preparation products, including PDF files, downloadable guides, planners, checklists and ZIP bundles. These products are delivered electronically and are not physical goods.
Immediate digital delivery
By purchasing a digital product, you request immediate digital delivery after checkout. Delivery may be made by email, private download workflow, secure delivery link or another configured digital delivery method.
All sales final after access or delivery begins
Because digital products can be downloaded, copied, saved, stored, used or shared immediately after access begins, all digital product sales are final once access or delivery has begun, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We do not offer change-of-mind refunds after digital access or delivery has begun. This includes situations where you have downloaded or received the file, copied the file, decided you no longer need it, purchased the wrong product, failed to read the product description, or decided after purchase that you do not want to use it.
Statutory withdrawal rights
Where applicable law gives a consumer a statutory right of withdrawal for distance purchases, you acknowledge that you request immediate delivery of the digital content and agree that the right of withdrawal is lost once digital access or delivery begins, to the extent this is permitted by applicable law.
Support, replacement and mandatory rights
This policy does not remove mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. If a digital product is not delivered, the file is corrupted, the wrong product is delivered, a duplicate purchase was made by mistake, or a legal remedy is required by applicable consumer law, contact support with your payment email, product name and order reference.
Personal use only
Purchased files are licensed for personal use only. They may not be resold, republished, uploaded publicly, shared as download links, used as a competing product, or distributed to others.
Chargebacks and misuse
If a payment dispute or chargeback is raised after digital delivery, JoinTheArmy.com may provide the payment processor with relevant evidence, including product description, checkout consent, delivery records, email delivery records, download/access records and the Terms version applicable at the time of purchase.
